INDIVIDUAL

Through various leadership training programs, members develop valuable skills such as effective leadership, public speaking, parliamentary procedures, etc. Thereby equipping them with necessary techniques to become future leaders of the community.

INTERNATIONAL

Through a network of 200,000 Jaycees in more than 100 countries around the world, members gain valuable international exposure, develop international friendship, and derive awareness on cross-border and cross-cultural issues.

COMMUNITY

Through various community development programs, members identify social needs and issues, and develop projects to improve the well-being of the community. Awareness and sensitivity on community problems are thus enhanced.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

JCI Youth IICS is largely based on building a quality network between ideas and resources. Members can pursue entrepreneurship interests and exposures through business events such as Think Tank Session, JCI Venture Capital Series, Mentorship Program, etc.
